"All My Sons" tells the story of Joe Keller, a captain of industry during World War II, whose business partner was imprisoned some years before the play starts for selling faulty parts to an airplane manufacturer, which led to the death of American soldiers. A love affair between Keller’s son Chris, and Ann Deever – the daughter of the business partner, the bitterness of Deever’s son, who returns from the war to find his father in prison and his father’s partner free, and the reaction of a son to his father’s guilt escalate towards a climax of electrifying intensity.

Pierre Players is holding a fundraiser at Pizza Ranch
On Oct. 18 from 5-8 p.m. at Pizza Ranch in Ft. Pierre; please come out and enjoy a wonderful night, or order out for delivery, you can even help Pierre Players with an order for carry-out. Anyway you slice it (cheesy isn't it) Pizza Ranch will share the nights proceeds with Pierre Players; and gratuities will be accepted. Best part... we'll clear the dishes! Please stop for some pizza, chicken and salad bar to benefit Pierre Players. And of course there will be ice cream!

Grand Opera House will once again have a Grand Drape
Coming soon to the GOH... a stage curtain! The curtain was generously donated to Pierre Players by T.F. Riggs High School's Theatre Dept. and Ms. Zakahi. Thanks to Midwest Construction for donating the use of the their scaffolding and to Scott Hipple, Steve Parker and Greg Peters who have the hardware installed!. The drape is being altered to fit the stage and will be hung soon. Thanks again to all who have helped to make this happen!

PPCT's History committee would like to find more photos of the Hyde building. If you have any old photos of the Grand Opera House, The Grand Theater or Studio 109 (State Theater Company), please share them. Especially interior photos of the original Grand Opera House!
