Donations allow our shows to take the stage. 

Now, more than ever, people seek the connection Pierre Players Community Theatre fosters. Ticket sales and sponsorships cover overhead costs. Donations allow our shows to take the stage.

Production costs for our season of four shows is $30,000. 

New this year, donors can specifically indicate which programming area they’d like to fund, such as royalties, scripts, set construction, costumes and props. A longtime supporter donated to fund scripts because, “I like to think of the excitement actors must feel when they pick up a new script for the first time.”

You feel a sense of purpose seeing your annual PPCT donation on stage. Our donors are truly the “community” allowing us to bring people together for live theater.

Our annual donation campaign begins at the October season kick-off, but we keep the previous season donors on the list in the first playbill of the new season. To be recognized in the "Sylvia" playbill, kindly make your 2026 season donation before April 24, 2026.
