Pierre Players Box Office is located at 109 S. Pierre St. in Pierre, S.D. The Box Office is open two weeks prior to a production's opening. Box Office hours are 5 to 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday of non-performance nights. On performance nights, the Box Office is open from 5 to 7:30 p.m. and noon to 2 p.m. CT on Sunday matinees.
To make a reservation via phone, call the Box Office at 605-224-7826. If outside of regular Box Office hours, please leave your name, phone number where you can be reached after 5 p.m., number of tickets and date of the performance you wish to see. You will receive a confirmation call during Box Office hours, and payment will be required at the time the seats are reserved.
Ticket Prices
Advance Adult: $20
Advance Senior Citizen (age 62 and older) or Student (high school and under): $15
Day of the Performance: $25 per person
Transition to New Online Ticketing System
Pierre Players is transitioning to a new online ticketing system with Arts People. For the remainder of the 2024 season, Pierre Players will be using the new system to sell tickets and reserve seats for theatergoers. You will need to call or stop by the Box Office and have a member of Pierre Players assist you in purchasing your tickets. At the start of the 2025 season, theatergoers will be able to use the new ticketing system to purchase their season passes and show tickets online.
- With our new online ticketing system, payment is now required at the time seats are reserved. Seats will not be reserved without payment.
- We continue to accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover), checks or cash. The new online ticketing system does not store credit card information.
- All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds.
- Ticket exchanges for a different performance date are allowed prior to the date of the original ticket's performance.
- Walk-in ticket prices will be charged for any sales the day of the performance.
Preview Performance
Pierre Players offers a preview performance of each production the Wednesday evening before the production opens. A preview performance is a dress rehearsal of the production. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door the night of the preview performance. Seating for the preview performance is general admission.
